Does anyone know if data cards can be assigned to a SY while the SY is under construction? I have a SY3 almost halfway done. I seen a great deal on a DC for a ship that I want to produce once the SY is done and I was wondering if it could be assigned as the SY is still under construction. Thanks

Few month ago you could not assign while it is under construction, if i remember it correctly.

You cannot. An entity must be completed, in order for you to assign datacards to it.
