Name approval (considered the chosen name does not violate any rules) is manually done by the staff and takes from literally seconds to probably half a day.

This one might take longer based off of the IP. You might need to register as a multi.

What's a multi???

Mutli-accounts are when two players from the same household (same IP address), you and your husband in this case, both want to play the game. You're only allowed to have one account and character, but multi-accounts are the way two players can both play from the same internet. This is how the Administration makes sure no one is breaking the rules, by making those two players register as multi-accounts.

So, how do I register as a multi-account then?

I think the Combine's multi-account registration system is still down, but you should be able to submit a support ticket on the Support Center and let them know you are register for the game as a multi of your husband. You'll need to provide his handle.

The aforementioned support ticket is the only way to register as a multi - make sure you include your email, your husbands email and the character names. This will help the admins to recognise your accounts and get you through quicker.

Well this is a free game and no one says you have to play ;). But understand that there are rules in place and things are how they are.

It looks like your account was accepted. But the only reason is because there have been abusing the system to earn more money/spy/get a force using character/etc.
