I seem to remember rp cities being added to darkness planets, back when Arete was an asim. But I thought that was a plan that didn't go through. Then I happen across this city and accidentally revealed it ( I thought it'd ask me to confirm my decision!)
So what's the deal with this? Was it supposed to stay hidden? Is everything supposed to be owned by one person who looks a lot like Arete?
