I have a custom item that according to my inventory it is on the ground of the location I am at, anywhere I go. I can't see it or pick it up and it has already been approved, bug?

Support ticket for the item. It needs to be moved to a container you own. Custom NPCs and Custom Items spawning tool requires a Container, and empty terrain/deep space (among other things) doesn't really work as a container.

Add a note to bug 3534 if you want. Bugbase search is always good if you're curious if something is a bug/been reported before.

It's not like you *never* have encountered nor will encounter another bug in all the years you have played and will play this game. An amortized hassle is negligible.
