I am in hyper and start to craft a door and then a while later my ship aborts hyperspace.. and I had other people assigned to my ship and they disappear from list .

Would like to know the bug so I don't wind up hitting a sun would hate to die.

The link to the bugbase and the support ticket system are on the right-hand menu near the bottom. I would file a support ticket first so the asims can look into your situation and determine if it is a bug. If so, you can report it on the bugbase.
