I asked this question on swc-help, but nobody logged on at the time seemed to know, so I'm just going to copy paste the question here;

so I was reading the rules about swc's timeframe, it says each swc year is composed of 365 days, but in the holocron's timeline, there are events marked as having happened both on days 0 of a few years, and others events on days 365, which would mean each combine year is actually composed of 366 days, not 365......is anyone clear on this? which one is it, 366 or 365?

A year is 365.25 days so did you count for leap year?

Does SWC also account for leap years? I don't think it does, I think SWC loses one day for every leap year compared to the RL calendar. But anyway, that's not really my question, I guess you could rephrase the question this way: is there a day 0 in swc as well as a day 365?

Yes I am pretty sure there is a day 0.

I've been playing around with the converter here: http://www.swcombine.com/rules/?Timeframe

I was hoping to clear this up a bit with that....but it seems to be wrong. If you convert any date from CGT to GMT and back, you will get a different CGT date back. Although, if you go by its javascript source code, then SWC has days 0 to 364, and no day 365 because it's impossible to get day 365 when converting to CGT from GMT. I don't know how much to trust that, however, since the tool is actually bugged in the first place.

Edit: plus there's also this- http://market.centrepointstation.com/calendar.php

which contradicts the previous and lists days from 1 to 365

Edit2: fixed wrong link

I do believe it has leap years because the system has to account for the extra day. When I get selatos on he can confirm or deny it.

Don't take CPM's calendar as anything but a nice thing to look at. If SWC has a Day 0 in its year, then I just forgot to add that to the CPM calendar (and remove Day 365).
