Hello! I have an NPC that has been arrested. Says location unknown and dont know who arrested it. Also dont know where I left it before it got arrested. Is there a way to retrieve it?

Only way is through the capturer, maybe the person will contact you and extort something, or just execute it.

Unless it's one you really care about, I'd say just fire him. If he's set to auto-pay, I'm pretty sure NPCs that are arrested still take a salary

There are no NPC salaries, haven't been for a long time.
