IPs can be faked, but are another tool used to catch illegal multis. The no free emails is also a tool used to prevent illegal multis.

Anyway, here's an idea - why don't you ask your ISP what your email address is? I'm sure they have some support email address, or phone number you can contact and get it sorted out same day...
