No other developer, that I'm aware, is allowed to exert autonomous control over a game feature, not allowing others to even suggest ways to fix or change it. Say for example that I don't think the "Trading" skill should be related to whether an arrest is successful, and I would like to suggest an alternative...why do I have to convince the programmer of that, and not the rules team, admins or otherwise?
So far as I know, Black Knight does not refuse to let others suggest improvements to Mining (though he might be the one to code it in if a consensus is agreed since he's best-acquainted with the code) - so I figure "QUESTIONS FOR ADMIN" is a good place to ask...why is this one feature not held to the general development standards of the player-developed game, and instead entirely controlled by a single person?
