I'm looking to put down a slab on a planet somewhere. Does anyone know any good planets for building cities on? Most planets I come across are shielded, so I assume the government of that planet doesn't want random new players building on their planet. If it's anywhere near 10,125 that'll be great but I don't mind where it is.

you wont just find a planet to slab on, unless you find a hidden system, you will need to make a deal with someone, and generally they wont just let you slab their planet, especially if you dont have large amounts of credits to throw their way
