1) When a character drops, does the system automatically convert them from a PC (purple scanner color) to an NPC (yellow scanner color), or does that only happen when they are claimed?
2) When a character is arrested and drops, do you have the ability to claim them while they are arrested, or do you need to release them first to find out if they are a Lost Soul? (Would I be able to tell the difference without releasing them?)
