It was my understanding (perhaps erroneously so) that a character received a new skill point with each new level achieved.

Tyr has recently reached a new level, however her available skill points remain the same. I don't recall using any skill points, so my question is:

Is Tyr Vek missing a skill point?

What level and how many skill points do you have?..it should be 1 less if you havn't used any. IE-level 4=3 skill points..level 10=9 skill points ..etc

Goto Manage (menu on the right), click on character, right beside your character avatar but under XP level: 3 you will see Skill Points: 2 and under that is a link to use the skill points.
