i'm new to this game so i wonder where do you buy weapons ?

And is there such thing as a saber in this game ? And how do you battle ?

There are no weapons yet, and that includes sabers (yes, they will exist in the future). There is also no combat yet. These things will all be implemented in the future, but keep in mind that the Combine is still undergoing development.
