I won a ship ID 2971829 but there are no coordinates, simply saying "not.placed".

Can this be spawned to a specified location please?

I'm guessing it may be a ship from a character that dropped while in the tutorial, though there are other reasons it may be stuck in limbo like that.

In any case, the best path toward a resolution is to submit a Support TIcket and include the Ship ID and your desired location for it to be placed. One of the ASims will take a look and give you a response there.
