Whenever I click on Bandit it redirects me to Tutorial NPCs page with no information on bandits. Is that information not available or the page is just not updated?

Where are you clicking? If you visit the Rules page, you should be able to see a category for Space and Ground bandits each:

From the position screen, when I scan a bandit squad, under the name of the NPC Race 'Bandit' is clickable and redirects to tutorial NPCs page. I thought that maybe there was a page for bandits like there was for riflemen NPCs.

Ah, I see now. I'll ping the Rules team about it and see if they can come up with something.
