someone found this and told me about this "ERROR"

he said you get this by looking at the total capital of a faction... just wondering if it supposed to be there? or is this the kind of game where i could find such things to be funny?

Aye, looks like it's supposed to be there. It's the error if you try and view the capital without Level 2 Credit Privs and above. I dare say it's just one of the programmers having a bit of fun with their error messages.
