They're either turned off at the moment or there is a bug preventing them. I can't remember/don't know which it is.

During the room update, we lost the descriptions and custom room images. Zhao (I heard) has a backup of all these. I'm guessing he just needs to find a way to line them up since the way rooms are dealt with have been changed.
