I have a clawdite grenadier, level 1. Grenadiers usually have 2 stealth, but due to the racial bonus this one has 3 stealth. As I understand it, the lower of the two become reimbursed as free sp. However this Clawdite has only 1 skill point and no others have been assigned. Is this normal?

Grenadier NPCs start with 4 skill points above the "normal" level for their base skills, so I think that's what's eating up those points... the math adds up, 5 free points from race bonuses overlapping with base skills minus 4 above normal points for the grenadier NPC equals 1.
