They do not. A future phase of vendors was intended to allow remote viewing of vendors and their stock throughout the galaxy but I believe technical limitations scrapped that particular subproject.

With that being said, the most recent sync added the ability to make vendors “public” and appear in Web Services, so that players can create their own websites to display vendor information that SWC was unable to do at this time.
