I'm wondering what constitutes the "most famous list" on the races pages?

I know it only includes active players. Long ago I heard it was based on longevity and XP, comprised of the five oldest and five highest XP of each race.

I found a post from Syn about five years ago mentioning it's only based on XP.

Is that true? I believe Syn on this, just looking for confirmation.

Highest XP of active characters, sorted alphabetically.

There was always a rumor that it was top 5 XP/top 5 oldest, but this was never the case.

Prior to combat, I think the oldest always tended to be the top XP anyway which lended support to that rumor.
