(The feed cuts sharply to an image of 3 bound prisoners on their knees in the streets of a city. They have hoods over their heads, wearing orange jumpsuits...)

(The camera pans sharply, landing on an image of black. The zoom backs out abruptly, and then focuses to reveal Fenri Bjornolf)

"The galaxy has had its fun at the festival, now it's time to remind everybody of a harsh reality.

This is that reminder. This is a warning.

What you see here are three prisoners. The first, Kortny Cola. We captured him while he was observing one of our ships. Cola has admitted to being a Bounty Hunter.
The second prisoner, Limus Poltive. Poltive is a failed assassin. We caught him trying to carry out plans to assassinate our Vice President.
The third, Shu-Te Damar. Shu-Te was a nuisance, and enjoyed playing cryptic games with us...

(Fenri nods towards someone off camera. The camera pans abruptly again and brings into focus the prisoners. Harlan Ulikk and Anatoly Reznov enter the frame with knives in hand. Fenri enters the frame, unsheathing a sword... together, the three officers of The Skulls brutally execute the prisoners. Fenri, sword in hand, walks towards the camera as other Skulls members run into the frame... hoisting the executed prisoners up the side of a building with cables)

"We are The Skulls Swoop Gang. This is a warning.
Send your hunters. Send your assassins. Send your spies. Send anyone you want... we will kill them all, and then we will kill you."

(The Skulls all leave the frame. The camera zooms in on the executed prisoners as they hang on the side of a building... then cuts to black)
