The young newscasters deep green eyes penetrate the screen as she nods once to her cameraman and begins. She is backdropped by a large grey five story building, a sign above the door bearing an unfamiliar white skull on a blue elclipse. Orange clad workmen enter and exit the building in small groups.

"The ashes of the Crimson Fleet have risen. Under a new banner the beast is set to be unleashed upon the galaxy no longer restrained by the strict rules of the Galactic Empire or the whims of the political powers that be. They have become the hunters, Assassins, executioners. They are the new breed of heroes in this galaxy gone wrong."

She turns slightly and glances at the building, as from behind a squad of Firesprays do a low pass, their sublights shaking tripod upon which the camera is mounted. She waits for the noise to die down before continuing "Under a new reclusive leader known only as 'The Havoc' they have once more united. How this happened is as yet unclear though some reports lead us to believe a transmission from the outer regions by the once thought dead Ulysses Darklighter, called his people together once more. It is more commonly believed that an outside source was involved"

As she talks, a woman, dressed plainly, in a pale grey suit, her red haired neatly tied back, steps out of the building. Recognising her and sensing the opportunity for an exclusive, the reporter approaches
