There were some changes made recently to the custom art system.  This post is to address any confusion that some people may have had with it.   Quoted from Rochi Zaraki of the Art Team: 

"The Custom Image system changed several months ago.  The new system now registers the image to you for 250 cps for the large, and 250 cps for the small. Once an image is registered to you you will be able  to apply it to any number of the correct entity type for 100cps each.

To register images to you select 'New' from the 'What do you want to do:' drop down, and then fill in the rest of the sheet accordingly. Once your image has been passed by the Art Team it will NOT be applied automatically to your entity. Return to the CP exchange page and select from the 'What do you want to do' based on the answers you submitted white registering it. Fill in the rest  of the sheet accordingly and when you hit 'Submit' all available images for the entity will show on the next page.

You will need a minimum of Commander assignment to apply customs to an entity.

As of Y13 D152, public and faction customs are not working, we will get them working as soon as possible.  For any questions/comments/concerns or clarifications, please feel free to DM an art team member or stop by #swc-art."
