Due to a big misunderstanding recently a player was banned for a claimed cash scam.  A suspicious round of solicitations for money on IRC turned into claims of scamming went to a time-out ban and somehow turned into a perma-ban.  Things escalated quickly but now that all the pieces of the puzzle and all the explanations are on the table Raydan Mark has been unbanned
