In the last sync I fixed the custom NPC tool so it should work. I redesigned the process so now the NPC won't get created until it is accepted as well. I have also converted all of the pending NPCs to the new system.

ElliasEdit: I have accepted/rejected all pending NPCs. If you thought you had one pending and haven't either gotten the NPC or a rejection event, just resubmit as it is not in the system. Also a reminder to please be aware of the image rules for NPCs.
