The following changes have just been applied to these races:|
Yam'rii: RM boosted from 1.8 to 2.0, 1 point added to Stealth.
Sullustan: RM dropped from 1.1 to 1.0, 1 point added to Diplomacy.
Squib: RM boosted from 0.8 to 1.0.
Givin: 1 point added to Repair that was missed initially.
This corrects the discrepancy where the first three races did not have a race multiplier in increments of 0.5, and the problem where Givin received one skill point too few in the race changes several months ago.
Those characters and max-level NPCs who are Yam'rii, Sullustan, or Squib will have their health updated later today by Zhao. Those who are Yam'rii, Sullustan, or Givin should have their additional skill point to allocate either by the time they next level, or along with Zhao's health update later.
Many players have been reporting their NPCs losing health when they level up. THIS IS NORMAL. Zhao only ran the HP updates for level 10+ NPCs as there are far too many NPCs below XP level 10 to update all at once. This means your NPCs' health is normalizing as they level, to conform to our new HP equation. Following the first time they level, their health will continue to increase as usual.
Therefore, please stop reporting the dropping NPC health as a bug! Thank you.
