As I spend my afternoon wading through the 60 or 70 support tickets that have been submitted, I have noticed one thing. The repeating tickets from the same players.
There is currently an issue with the support center on sending out emails with ticket confirmation, and the ticket number. The chances are, that we have received the ticket, and it's sitting for us to read!
