Do not pay your debt for casinos, ATMs or banks!

This has been caused due to a bug, with the recent merging of different faction types. Zhao will be resetting the debt to 0 when he gets an opportunity.

If you have paid off the debt, please open a support ticket with the event of payment for the facility's debt; and the administration will refund you for it.
