Lylith Pless has been given a 10% asset fine for being dishonest to an ASim in a petition for a handle change as well as implying Admin favoritism for the handle change.  Her handle change has been reverted.  No ban has been issued.

Note in regards to handle changes: In the past we have announced handle changes, however we are in discussion regarding this as often the handle change is due to real life names being changed to protect privacy and announcing this on the SimNews is contrdictory to that, and some Admins don't feel it necessary to make a public announcement for handle changes in general.  We will make a ruling soon.
