The rules state "Your old character's assets cannot be returned to you. However, you can purchase your assets back from characters at the current market price." That said, Kraton Xel and Alistaire Bravos have been banned for 3 weeks asset laundering and violating the aforementioned rule. The assets have been seized. After 3 weeks, both parties can open up a support ticket asking to be unbanned. If either party feels they have been wrongly accused, they are free to open a support tickets to protest the charges.
