Due to confusion caused by the comparatively little information provided by the NPC Market, we will be allowing players who inadvertently bought docked entities from the market and who want a refund to receive one.

Rules:
1) the item must still be docked
2) you must have won the auction within the past 60 days (time period in which the event is verifiable)

You will be refunded only the value you paid for the winning bid. Attempts to game the system will be detected and harshly punished.

These entities will be re-listed on the market some time in the future with a new, clear notice that they are docked and access is not guaranteed.

To get the process started, list EVERY entity you have evidence of in a SINGLE support ticket along with a copy of the events showing your victory and credit transfer.
