Three months ago. Someone named Rulrules was an agent of the CSA intelligence bureau, headed up by my former right hand, Auron Kun. Rulrules refused to obey the unscrupulous orders of Mr. Kun, who, has sadly, lost his mind. CSA retaliated by placing a death warrant on Mr. Rulrules. Ironic, that they don't even have a death warrant for the known thief Tad Ekam but they have one for someone who's only crime, is that in good conscience could not obey the commands of a mad man.

With the aid of some of the more scrupulous members of CSA, Mr. Rulrules fled for his life, eventually joining FRC, lead by Jax Karrde. Now, the last I heard, the Falleen Federation was a nation that prided itself on the ideals of freedom and justice, however when Mr. Karrde discovered that Mr. Rulrules was wanted dead by CSA for not following unscrupulous orders, he could not help himself. He jumped at the chance to arrest someone and feel important.
His first attempt failed, and Mr. Rulrules barricaded himself in a room and contacted me for help. Upon an investigation, I agreed to assist him, and being a highly decorated Falleen Federation war hero, opened a diplomatic channel with a commodore in the FF navy. Unfortunately, he was unable to help, held back by orders from the Prime Minister who said that "maintaining friendly ties with the CSA is more important than Rulrules's life."
What he really is saying, is that kissing Midge Cellewan's ass, is much more important than upholding the ideals of the Falleen Federation. I must say I'm greatly disappointed in the FF. One should not compromise their ideals for the sake of political gain, because that makes the gain empty and worthless.
Mr. Karrde has since; set a course for a rendezvous with the CSA where he will hand over Mr. Rulrules to be senselessly murdered.
With the failure of diplomacy, I have been forced to resort to more, "extreme" measures.
Therefore, I have proceeded to capture two members of CSA, which are the two brothers Luke and Storm Mathisen.
Now Mr. Cellewan, you will have Mr. Karrde deliver Mr. Rulrules unharmed to his ship in the Alk'lellish system (150, 170) in orbit around planet Alk'lellish II
This is not negotiable. Any messages will be ignored. You will comply with these demands 100% to the letter, or regardless of how long it takes; I will kill one-hundred of your members, beginning with these two annoying little twerps. Upon verification of my demands being met, I will release these two miscreants, unharmed. You have one week to accomplish all demands, or they die.
