Vagrancy - the ISB Intervenes
Posted by: Gunther von Esling, Galactic Empire
Date: Year 6 Day 9 Onboard the Imperial Star Destroyer I Blitzkrieg in system Coruscant (-6, 50) on Year 6 Day 8 11:34.
*The Imperial Crest on the centre of you screen morphs into the ISB logo.
The logo slowly shrinks and rises to the top right part of your screen. The black screen is swiftly filled with the image of a man standing in front of a large building. If you did not recognize him, his uniform clearly shows him to be the ISB Director Tybo. The building behind him obviously is the central headquarters of the ISB on Coruscant*

People of the Empire,

It has come to the attention of the ISB that the amount of bums, petty criminals and other unwanteds has grown rapidly throughout the empire. They make the streets unsafe for our citizens. Who, nowadays, does not fear that some orderless mob will run down their daughter, or that some hygiene deprived bum will attempt to sell your son some hallugenetic drugs? The Empire will not stand by idly as this threat grows. We shall act now, before it is too late.

Today, the ISB has started to sweep the streets clean of these villainous ruffians, today marks the day that order will be restored to its fullest. Several of these destructive individuals have already been arrested and many more will surely follow.

To show that the Empire is not heartless however, we have established facilities on Kessel where these people can redeem themselves whilst working for the betterment of the empire.

*The screen is filled with a picture of rough looking man dressed in sturdy work clothes working merrily in a very clean spice mine with the best of available tools.*

Uncooperative workers, however, should beware.

*The camera fades to an outside shot of the facility where a man is lying on the ground. The face of the man shows pure agony; his eyes wide open in a horrified stare. The camera zooms out to reveal an excessive amount of blaster wounds all over the man
