Following an unexpected turn of events, a small cadre of Dark Star Hellions lead by 

Xakic Jix, brother of Crime Lord Ximaro Jix, have taken their gang colors off, and have formed 

Alliance Special Operations 

 

The new organization now fears separation between the Hellions will strengthen Zann  by feeding into Ximaro's propaganda, as the Hellions foundersâ?? still support Ximaro Jix along side of the members of Zann Consortium. When asked about the break from DSH, Xakic said, â??the situation is a divide, with loyalists on both  sides, but it saddens me to watch my Brothers march forward blindly.â?? The ASO has stated that the Zann Consortium is far larger and far more volatile than the masses realize. They go on to explain that Ximaro is a calculating and cold individual who views the galaxy quite differently than any other organization, who counts on being underestimated by his adversaries. Xakic himself describes his older brother as a true "defiler" in every sense of the word. Seth Haze, former Vice President of Dark Star Hellions, explains that, â??Zann, in many ways are a liability for all who deal with them as they feel they have no reason to ever align themselves with anyone and they are strictly and solely in the galaxy to spread corruption." Seth also explains that, â??Ximaro himself has long kept secrets from even the Consortium. Situations like the most recent with Rylla Sarat are very common in where Ximaro also employs and trains personal agents to do his bidding, from which he recruits into defiler ranks in addition to the Zann traditional recruitment"

 

The ASO goes on explain they have chosen to dedicate their lives and skills to the betterment of the Galactic Alliance. They know that if they are to survive, they will need to make alliances. Something the Zann Consortium has failed to realize, a move ASO believes will cost them. Xakic has said, Ximaroâ??s penchant for attacking all organizations within the galaxy will prove to be fatal for Zann.â?? ASO has agreed to identify sources within the New Republic and Galactic Alliance. Xakic and the rogue members were quick to say the Dread Pirates also pose a threat  and should be held in equal contempt as Zann. Defilers use any means necessary to achieve their goals, often dabbling in piracy. The newly formed rebel group notes Dread through Zann work in the realm of kidnapping, extortion, and scamming. The very acts that were long forbidden by Ximaro himself, who along side of the "Defilers Circle " the ruling body of Zann Consortium, now seem to have adopted into their criminal agenda among countless other heinous acts.

 

When asked to comment publicly about the change Xakic stated:

 

"It is a shame Ximaro and our former brothers and sisters under the Zann Consortium umbrella cannot see reason with us. We here by become Alliance Special Operations and dedicate our lives to aggressively fighting evil and injustice throughout the galaxy in hopes the Galactic Alliance will accept we are here to help. We offer up all information and secrets we are aware of to all rebels and we give our word we will stop at nothing to make sure first and foremost, the Empire feels the rebellion knocking on its door, and that we properly handle any and all threats that come our way in accordance with New Republic laws...this includes our former criminal family."

 

Greyson Abrams, Crime Boss of Zann Consortium, nor Ximaro Jix, were unable to be reached for 

an official comment, despite a strong urging from the Alliance Special Operations to speak before the galaxy and attempt to deny who they really are..
