Krmar, Tolanda (FFNN).  Today, aboard the MC-80b Star Cruiser “TFF The Sleeping Dragon.....Eel”, King-Father Simkin Dragoneel, monarch of the Faerytail Family, gathered the last of the presents from across Faery territory en route to Kashyyyk for the celebration of the second annual Green Forest Day held on Days 356-357.   The start of the second annual Green Forest Day will be celebrated with streams of confetti and showers of fireworks, painting the skies fantastical colours. The citizens of Kashyyyk will have even more to celebrate as this year has brought near untold amounts of prosperity for them all. The Faerytail Family strongly sent their support in massive rebuilding efforts and due to the Wookie’s labour tens of billions of new Citizens will now celebrate together. 

There had been speculation that such growth would devastate the natural flora and fauna such as the mighty Wroshyr trees, but these worries become unfounded. The brilliant minds of the Royal family had planned for the industrialization of the nearby gas giant planets of Shur and Alaris instead of Kashyyyk. The creation of so many jobs and opportunities have not only made it much easier for Wookies to have and support a family, but many off-world and displaced Wookies have repatriated back to the Kashyyyk system, skyrocketing the population to over 100 Billion.

The revenue generated not only greatly assisted the once ruined economy of Kashyyyk that Faerytail inherited from the planet’s previous inept, rebel government, but it allowed for the founding and construction of three new Universities for the people of Kashyyyk. The grateful residents named each University after several key members of Faerytail Nobility; Dragoneel University, Veselov the Hero University, and Tosh University. Kashyyyk’s future has never been brighter, and the Wookies now control their destiny to shape their world for their future descendants.

While many gifts are in route especially for the celebration, a gift that has been introduced partway through this year has been especially popular.  Faery breeders successfully have taken a number of pet feline stock and bred a new type of domesticated cat.  The new breed has many favorable traits such as a relaxed, loving, and sweet personality, making him/her an ideal companion for families with children and other pets. This breed is playful, but also laid back, and keenly interested in his/her surroundings.  The new breed, lovingly named the “Faery Cat”, has been introduced to a number of test Wookie families and the favorable reactions from all, especially the excited younglings, have caused Faery breeders to accelerate the program to get a new kitty companion in every Wookie home within the next few years.

Of course the celebrations of Green Forest Day can’t and won’t wait. The Faerytail Family have extended the invitation not just to their own citizens, but to all across the galaxy. Billions of credits worth of giveaways and even a raffle of a MC60 Star Cruiser is offered to all who wish to participate. It is a time of giving and solidarity, a time of harmony and unity, and of course a time to be merry and happily rejoice in one’s hard work.
