Over the past few weeks, Numerous talks have taken place with the leader of Rothana Heavy Engineering, Mosep Chitose, and an Anonymous male whom is funding a project they like to call the "Distressed Citizens Rescue Association". As talks progressed throughout the week, several key issues on the rescue and pickup of citizens both in need of help and in hostile situations beyond their control were assessed.

As the various rescue ships of RHE travel silently and with great pace across the galaxy, numerous citizens will be saved and returned to their chosen destination within the shortest time period. While this pay come at a cost, the price of life is one which is much greater in value.
