The Planet of Kuat and the Family Emblem of House Tremere appear on
your screens. A darkened room slowly illuminates to show the face of
Lord Durand Tremere, he begins to speak. "I am not surprised at all
that a failed voice like Eric Jackson decided to respond to my newly
appointed position amongst our people. First of all I would like to
respond to his statements. You claim to have lost your position. It is
to not only myself, but the Elders laugh at the very idea that you even
considered yourself to have it, none the less have it now. Your
position is merely that of a pawn, a failed citizen of your people. The
Council recognizes that you have made no attempts for or on behalf of
your people, ever, and despite your 'ideals' on myself, I have. Second
of all you threaten the Elders as if you are someone worthy of the
position, what cares you truly have for your people, threatening the
eldest and most experienced of us, because of your failure to assertion
a position you never had.

"No Mr. Jackson, you indeed have not a position of significance and
you are the idiot for ever considering that you had or have it. Your
feeble and diseased House of Jackson refuses my claims to Kuati lands.
I claimed no lands, simply the power to make decisions for the benefit
of our common people. Deny my claim to lands all you want. I, and the
powers of the Kuati people, deny you the right to make any further
claims or statements on behalf of the planet and the people of Kuat.

"I am ever so pleased that you are full of yourself Mr. Jackson. Be
assured that in your fulfillment of failure, your family, which have
been detained from their residences around Kuat, are still alive.

"I would like to now point out exactly why Mr Jackson is a failure to
not only his people but the entire Galaxy. Take a look at his records
that he himself authorized to be public. He in the Empire's time of
need for good Imperials, he abandoned his people to join its enemy, the
Jedi Praxium. A true man of his people indeed. Further, after his
failure with them, he continued on to be Chief of Operations for
then-Colonial Shipworks. Might I add that Mr. Jackson has achieved
nothing other then than the enlisted ranks and barely obtaining the
commission rank of Lieutenant? Simply mercy work for his own benefit of
survival. I, however, was a General of the Imperial Army.

"You are wrong about even my history in leaving. I am in fact, a
freelancer of my own free will, having left the military after
protecting a former subordinate from Bonias's delusions of power. The
Empire that is, simply is not an empire any longer. It is a collapsed
theorem of gross and undesired mania and hysteria that I have separated
myself from. And I long have been separated while part of it. I stood
for my people until the very last person, and now I am serving my home
land, a place you have an obvious disregard and disrespect for, Mister
Jackson."

Lord Durand Tremere looks dead into the camera and it fades out to the
Jackson family crest ablaze.
