Last night, the pleas of the hungry children on the holovids finally reached the ears of the generous, and coincidentally wealthy, denizens of the Corporate Sector. In a sudden burst of kind-hearted charitable goodness, they immediately commed our volunteer staffline, pledging to donate every cent, totalling approximately 750 million credits, to help the cause of the starving children.

Rumours abound however, that these were not actually starving children at all, rather they were the infamous group of Bruce Spear, Michael Palin and Connie Booth dressed up as cute hapless children. An investigation into 7054 allegations of fraud by members of Malebranche Fleet Delta is currently underway by their internal security service, "Eidola", which is expected to find them innocent on all counts.
