Arthur is banned for 6 months for the following reasons:

• Minor case of harassment of other player(s).
• Rank and power of previous character returned immediately upon recreate (2iC)

Uther is banned for 2 weeks as a warning for enabling the above.

The reason these bans are not the other way around is because Arthur was clearly the one pushing for the position/powers.
