A new shopkeeper has moved in near the bounty guild contact. Mercenary taverns now have a Quest NPC to buy things from depending on your guild rank and reputation.

The items/droids it sells require reputation and credits to purchase. The list is not being released right now you'll have to see what is willing to be sold as you rank up. It may also change over time so keep checking in.

Top tier hunters can buy a datacard from the shopkeer for 10 million credits. What datacard? That is up to chance. A random choice from a large list will be chosen. Some might be hardly worth the price while others make 10 million seem like a steal. Good luck.
