NPC LISP Scripting:

- For Custom NPC scripting: Errors/crashes that occur during LISP conversations are now stored. Any errors from a lisp script can be viewed via the "Error list" button on the script edit screen.
- For admin scripting: NPC Team members can view all LISP errors via a new ctool.
- Some LISP traces now include line numbers.
- Added new function `natural-join`.
- Fixed issue with `append-element!` not working on empty lists.
- Fixed issue with `join` not working on empty lists.
