Clarification on the recent name changes for BSD.  Yes, it was reversed.

Both factions were charged for changing the names back.  Additionally, og BSD was fined for breaching the naming rules (analgous to old faction checks), making the name available to be stolen.

A faction is more than a name, generally.  Changing your faction name as a joke is misuse of the system.  Stealing a name is also misuse of the system.
