- Fix issue where capital ships were stopping to turn too often during diagonal travel. (Note there is still an issue with sublight travel timer being inaccurate sometimes).
- Added an option under look and feel to suppress non-primary faction notifier flashing.
- Fix issue where subfaction members were not showing up in autocomplete fields on faction privilege page.
