Telekinesis is a neutral power that deals damage and has a chance of stunning targets for a short time when hit.

Bugs:

Recycling equations have been modified, time to recycle now scales with repair skill.
Reduce amount of places where subfaction names are abbreviated.
Fix issue with subfaction leader change causing wrong privileges set.
Fix setting force master/student
Fix issue with faction leave events: events were not sent when leaving a faction due to sending a join request
Fix being able to apply field repairs on wrecks.
