With the flowing lines indicative of Naboo shipbuilders, the J-Type 327 is a significant improvement over the older 322 model. Used mainly to transport the senators and rulers of the peaceful world of Naboo, few of these craft have been built for the private market. Like its predecessor the gleaming hull and graceful lines of a Nubian J-Type speaks in ways no heavy laser cannon could ever compete with. Although unarmed, the hull is coated with the traditional gleaming Chromium of Naboo shipbuilders Although relatively slow it is the ultimate symbol of wealth, each individual piece being a hand crafted work of art, including the reworked Nubian hyperdrive. Two (2) escape pods are located in the aft cargo section in order to provide a speedy exit should it be needed, though this ship would traditionally be escorted by a guard of Naboo starfighters. As those fighters are now very rare most commercial ships are escorted by T-Wings or Y-wings.
