| Towering over the city it is in, the skyscraper is designed to house as many persons as possible whilst taking as little room as possible. The skyscraper is generally more costly to build though in the long run the growth it will cause to a city becomes worth it.
With as many as 60 flats for rent and multiple restaurants per level, these buildings are often the site of much activity.
All skyscrapers are built with docking bays. This allows for quick docking withing the building after a long day at the office and removes that annoying trip to and from the local landing pad each day.
