Because Sedri IV is located far away from the sun, this planet has very cold weather. It also has a toxic atmosphere, composed of methane, ammonia, and nitrogen. Its surface features frozen methane lakes and rocky surfaces, as well as sweltering lava flows. Because of its very hostile environment, explorers never go too deep. Sedri IV is the sister planet of Sedri V, also toxic and very cold. Some time ago, mining guilds and exploration companies tried to extract the nitrogen and methane from its atmosphere. Although they have not been very successful, presently there are better-developed technologies to harvest the raw materials buried within Sedri IV.
