Antipose XII has a very harsh, barren climate, containing endless icefields with some vulcanoes and rockformations showing through the ice-shell that completely covers the surface. In several locations the icelayer has been shattered by the impact of asteroids, leaving enormous craters in the landscape. Blizzards make travel across the surface almost impossible, with fragments of ice and rock flying through the air and battering everything in the way. The only sanctuary can be found in the cave-regions, where signs of former life have been discovered. There are no answers to the question whether this was indigenous or from visitors from elsewhere. The species that lived here must have been used or adapted to the terrible circumstances like extreme low temperatures, the aforementioned storms and the apparent lack of foodresources. However, a small plant, which is the only vegetation, shows similarities to forms of seaweed with a very high nutritional value. Due to the inhospitable conditions this planet is still largely unexplored and the data gathered can not be regarded as complete or adequate.
