The ice world of Renatasia VII contains, despite its distance from the sun, several tracts of indigenous forest. These have sprung up under the influence of the heat originating from the volcanic activity near the equator of the planet. This strangely volatile ecosystem has resulted in the planet having an atmosphere that is breathable to most species in the galaxy.
There are also many legends about this world in the nearby system. Rumor has it that a great treasure was buried here by a Hutt crimelord fleeing from the rest of his species several hundreds of years ago. Renatasia being on the route from Hutt space to the Core Worlds has only fuelled this legend even more. Fortune hunters from all over the galaxy come to this world on a regular basis hoping to find their piece of this supposidly enormous wealth.
Needless to say, the Hutts themselves also keep an eye on the place, just in case something might turn up.
