Boz Pity is the only temperate planet located in the Boz Pity system. Scientists speculate that at one time, Boz Pity resembled planet Kamino, in the aspect that it was completely submerged underwater, save for a few very tall peaks. This was millions of years ago. Today, as the relatively dense planet spirals farther and farther away from the sun, its poles have begun to solidify into constantly shifting glacial ice caps, which has left a very small amount of visible land on the surface.

Boz Pity, due to its spiraling away from the sun, has an elliptical orbit taking it to a maximum distance of one billion kilometers away from the sun and can get as close as a few million. However, it's orbit takes nearly a century to complete, and it is only habitable for about 10 of those years. During this brief window, scientific parties venture onto the unstable planet and take various samples before quickly departing its frigid atmosphere.

However, during the extremes of its orbit, Boz Pity has been known to reach temperatures that are unachievable on any other known planet. During the lengthy part of the orbit, in which the planet is swung out to the reaches of the system, it has been known to increase in surface area 10 fold as the surface water freezes and expands. During the part of the orbit in which it is in very close proximity to the sun, it is said that most of the water turns to vapor, and should one be able to get past the inexplicably high temperatures, you should find a desolate desert, completely devoid of any distinguishing features whatsoever.
